This 90 minute initial session includes mind/body education and discovery of the particular emotions and limiting beliefs behind your pain/frustration. Once these things are identified, EFT and PSYCH-K® Balances are used to shift perception around emotions and implement new empowering beliefs. Exercises from the Eden Method may be given to supplement work done in session.
